feat: support ctx in sqlx/sqlc, listed in ROADMAP (#1535)

* feat: support ctx in sqlx/sqlc

* chore: update roadmap

* fix: context.Canceled should be acceptable

* use %w to wrap errors

* chore: remove unused vars
